　　本次会员大会审议并表决通过了第七届理事会工作报告、第七届理事会财务工作报告、监事会工作报告、协会章程修订草案、协会五年发展规划、行业职业道德规范与行业自律公约等九项议案，选举产生了新一届理事会和监事会。

　　八届一次理事会会议选举产生了44名常务理事、19名理事会负责人。杜跃进、张曙红、邱成军当选为驻会副会长，王恒涛、王辉、季晓磊、张军、胡利民、杜增良、朱长学、邓庆旭、杨宇东、虞伟、李波涛、吴剑飞、柯善北、杨璐等任副会长，宋敏强任专职秘书长。新一届监事会推举宋波为监事长。

　　据了解，中国经济传媒协会是由我国从事经济新闻信息传播和服务的报刊、广播、电视、网络、新媒体等相关机构和人士自愿结成的全国性、行业性社会组织，始于1987年11月创立的中国经济信息报刊协会，2005年12月更名为中国经济报刊协会，2017年8月改为现名。经批准，第七届理事会履职至今。协会现有全国主流经济媒体和头部新媒体会员400家左右，是经济媒体行业影响最大的社团。
